Interesting! I picked these Nasturtium flower seeds out at Home Depot because (1) they were very pretty, (2) I liked the Empress of India name for the red ones, and (3) they were “buy one get one free” for Earth Day. I’d never even heard of them before. I bought a jewel mix and the Empress of India variety and when I looked them up, I found out they are also edible. They are like water cress (which is another thing I think I will plant). I have planted the Nasturtiums in the front yard along the path to the front door.
